Enkr8ia develops practical tools for people who sincerely want personal change but find themselves stuck and unable to progress.

We get stuck when we’re trapped in a vicious circle caused by contradicting beliefs. Inner conflict results when we fear the solution more than we hate the problem. Consciously we want change, subconsciously we resist.
